This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines Innate Technologies' policies and procedures for handling customer information.

Innate Technologies is the sole owner of any customer information collected. Innate Technologies will not sell, share, or rent this information to others except as described in this Policy for the purpose of providing service.

Information Collection and Use

In serving its customers, Innate Technologies acquires, stores, and transmits customer communications and information that customers may regard as private or sensitive. Some of this information - such as the customer's name, address, telephone number, and credit card data - is provided to Innate Technologies by its customers in order to establish service. Other information - such as the customer's account status, choice of services, IP address, cookies, and customer logs - is created and maintained by Innate Technologies in the normal course of providing service. In addition, Innate Technologies may store customers' electronic mail and other communications as a necessary incident to the transmission and delivery of those communications.

Disclosure of Customer Information and Communications

Except for reasons stated below, Innate Technologies will not disclose to third parties any personal information, account information, the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that Innate Technologies stores or transmits for its customers. The circumstances under which Innate Technologies, in its sole discretion, will disclose such electronic customer communications are:

• When necessary in order to provide service to the customer.
• When necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Innate Technologies and its customers.
• When required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process.

Customers registering a domain name with Innate Technologies who wish to have the Registrant, Administrative Contact, or Technical Contact in their name, will have their registration information (e-mail, name, address, and phone) made publicly available by the domain registrar.

Customers may opt out of receiving notices of new or upgraded products or services from Innate Technologies online or via e-mail to support2008-NOSPAM@innatetech.com. However, customers may not opt out of receiving information from Innate Technologies which is essential for maintaining or updating customers' accounts or system information.

Security

Innate Technologies takes every precaution to protect the confidentiality of our customers' information to the fullest extent possible. To protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected from customers, Innate Technologies has appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place.

Notification of Changes

This Policy may be revised at any time at the sole discretion of Innate Technologies. Any modification is effective immediately upon the posting of such changes on the Innate Technologies' Web site http://www.innatetech.com which is our only obligation for notification of such modification(s). Your continued use of Innate Technologies' services after any modification to this Policy will be conclusively deemed an acceptance of all such modification(s).
